The more specific you are, the more useful my first reply will be.

Optional.

Optional, and genuinely useful to me.

Or, more directly

Book a call

Thirty minutes, free, no pitch. Pick a time that suits you from my calendar and you'll get a Teams link. If you'd sooner just talk, say so and I'll ring you instead.

This is the one I'd rather you used. Half an hour on a call gets further than a fortnight of email.

The calendar is Microsoft Bookings, on Microsoft's address rather than this one, so anything it stores on your device is Microsoft's doing rather than mine. The cookies page says more.

Where

I'm in Dorchester, Dorset, and I work with clients wherever they are. Almost everything I do is remote and always has been.

If you're already a client, support goes somewhere else

Email the support address in your plan. It raises a ticket, which means it has a number, it doesn't get lost behind something else in my inbox, and you can see what was said last time. Your plan's response window applies to it.

WhatsApp works too, and for a quick question it's often better than either of us writing a paragraph. Send a photo of the error, a screenshot, or just ask. Anything that turns into real work I'll move into a ticket so it's written down, and I'll tell you when I do.

This page is for everything else, including anything you want a second opinion on.
